1.Cut design pieces. (I used double sided cardstock for the card base). (The heart design piece is missing from this picture..sorry)
2. Glue the large head piece with ear and eye cut outs to the head solid base.
3. Glue the medallion (small circle) to the combined head shape. Glue the large muzzle piece to the combined head piece.
4. Glue the small muzzle piece to the combined head piece. Glue the collar to the combined head shape.
5. Glue the chin to the combined head piece. Use a small piece of foam square adhesive to attach the nose. (I used a black marker to color the foam square so that it would be even more hidden)
6. Fold the card along score lines.
7. Apply glue the bottom of the side tabs on the card base. Secure by folding upward toward the card base.
8.- 9. Insert gift card and attach the head to the card base using adhesive foam squares. The paws tuck into the slots on the front. Using a foam adhesive square, attach the heart shape between the paws. Finish with adhesive gems for the sparkle in his eyes and a ribbon:)

  1. This was a big hit on Valentines Day! I made several of your dogs to match the dogs in our family and they all turned out great. I even made a mixed breed dog! I combined the Schnauzer face with the Beagle nose. I loved it! Thank you for the great designs! Here's a photo on Instagram....
